Harmann COOKVENT ECO
Radial kitchen fan in economy version
The COOKVENT ECO fan is a radial fan with a motor located outside the stream of conveyed air. Housing without insulation, made of galvanized steel sheet with integrated wall mounting brackets. Optionally, it is possible to install a fan on the support console.
The motor-impeller assembly was installed on the hinged inspection door. This solution makes the maintenance of the device much easier.
The fan was designed for mounting and working in one position – figure LG-O. The fan is not equipped with a condensation outflow (sold separately).
Impeller dynamically balanced type B with blades made of galvanized steel sheet, tilted back. The shape of the blades ensures that there is no sensitivity to the depositing fat, which does not affect the performance of the fan (less power consumption).
The drive is implemented by a single-phase (230V, 50Hz) asynchronous electric motor located outside the stream of flowing air. Motor temperature sensors integrated in the motor, whose terminals must be connected to an external thermal protection relay (eg SET10) or a relay built into the transformer speed controller.
It comes in three sizes.
Maximum ambient temperature: 40 ° C. The maximum temperature of the medium: 80 ° C
