POLYLACK F – fireproof intumescent paint
POLYLACK F is made on the basis of flame retardants, carbon and gas forming additives and an aqueous dispersion of synthetic resin. The surface painted with an intumescent paint is protected during a fire and prevents the flame from spreading due to the formation of a foamy carbon layer on the thermal insulation surface that stops the burning of the polymer insulating coating at an early stage.
Intumescent paint is intended for sealing:
- construction joints and dilatation,
- pass single cables, bundles of cables and cable trays
- combined transitions – cables, pipes, cattle
- sandwich panels
- non-flammable and non-flammable pipes in insulation
