Fire protection collars are designed for fire protection of flammable and non-flammable pipes, in insulation, without insulation and at an angle.

The flange inserts are made of thermoplastic materials containing dispersed graphite with the addition of fillers and process oils. The collar swells under the influence of temperature above 140 deg. C and seals the hole after the fired installation.
The outer cover of the flanges is made of steel sheet.
Minimum substrate thickness:
120 mm – concrete walls
125 mm – walls made of drywall
150 mm – walls made of solid brick and cellular concrete
150 mm – reinforced concrete ceilings and cellular concrete
