ventilators: rosenberg: roof ventilators

Rosenberg roof ventilators are used in exhaust systems for apartments, supermarkets, industrial halls, workshops, warehouses, kitchens, toilets, parking garages, farm buildings, etc. They are adapted for mounting on flat and sloping roofs. There are two types to choose from:

• horizontal DH type for extracting lightly polluted air;
• vertical DV type for extracting heavily polluted air

Construction

Up to size of 500, the enclosure is made of corrosion resistant aluminum, from size 560 from galvanized sheet steel.
The fans are equipped with a base with an integrated inlet nozzle made of galvanized sheet steel.
The DH / DV / DVS fans are equipped with impellers with backward curved blades. Up to size 450 are made of plastic, while from size DHW 450 to 710 from aluminum. The impeller wheels are mounted directly on the engine housing. The whole is balanced statically and dynamically in accordance with DIN ISO 1940 in class G 2.5.
In the sizes of types DV 800 and 900, powder-coated steel impellers were used.

Electric engine

Up to the size of 800 K, the fan drive consists of motors with a rotating casing of variable voltage speed. Motor cover up to 310 L size are made in IP 44 class with class B insulation, and 355 in IP 54 class with class F insulation. The insulation is impregnated against humidity. Motors up to 310 L in size are protected against overheating by bimetallic type thermocontacts, which are installed in series in the winding circuit. From 355 to 800 K sizes, the motors are protected by thermocontacts with led-out terminals on the motor terminal block. The sizes of 800 and 900 fans are equipped with conventional B5 motors with IP 55 protection class, which are outside the flow of air.
