AHU with moving heating \/ cooling elements
\n<\/strong>
\nConstruction and equipment
\nThe housing of the SL units is made entirely of galvanized steel sheet. Thermal and acoustic insulation with mineral wool 30 mm thick and density 88 kg \/ m. The compact housing of the SL control panel allows ceiling mounting. Moving heating \/ cooling elements used in this model make it easier to adapt the unit to the required assembly side.
\nDepending on the model and options, the unit is equipped with EU5 and EU7 class pocket filters (optionally for the G04, H04 series control panels), while the heating \/ cooling elements may be: water heater, water cooler or freon cooler.<\/p>\n

Fans<\/strong>
\nIn SL type ventilation units, there are two types of duct fans with single-phase motors: radial fans (marked with the letter “G”) and diagonal type JETTEC fans (marked with the letter “H”).<\/p>\n

Drive and control<\/strong>
\nSingle-phase motors 230V, 50Hz. Control of the control panel operation in the version with the controller takes place by means of a control panel with a built-in temperature sensor. The control panel is fully wired. The control board of the automation was installed in an internal cassette, allowing quick access to individual connections.
\nThe automation also includes<\/strong>:
\n– filter contamination status sensor
\n– multiblade damper with actuator
\n– antifreeze protection
\n– room or supply air temperature sensor
\nVersions without automation are also available.<\/p>\n

Heater<\/strong>
\nThe control panel can be equipped with a water heater. The thermostats controlling the antifreeze protection and the supply air temperature are included in the set with the central unit. It is available in three sizes, 9, 18 and 27 kW heating power. The heater has a built-in temperature controller.<\/p>\n

The control panel can be equipped with an ice water or a freon cooling system (Dxcoil)<\/p>\n
