In addition, the design of the rotor and diffuser allows the use of a housing corresponding exactly to the dimensions of the wire, so you can design installations that take up less space.<\/p>\n<p>The fan casing is made depending on the diameter:<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; for diameter 200 &#8211; made of black plastic<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; diameters 350-355 &#8211; galvanized steel sheet<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; from a diameter of 400 &#8211; entirely of aluminum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The unique intake confusor is adapted exactly to the dimensions of the rotor, which makes the air is drawn directly on the cone of the diagonal rotor without any turbulence between the casing and the edges of the blades. Before the loss of efficiency at the edges of the blades is also protected by a special profiled ring connecting all the blades and a caulking chamber between the confusor and the diffuser guides located behind the rotor.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>JETTEC engine<\/strong> has been encapsulated with a diffuser profile made of plastic. Its main elements are:<br \/>\n&#8211; profiled vanes designed to maximally reduce the turbulence of flow behind the rotor<br \/>\n&#8211; a beveled cone equalizing the flow velocity in the entire cross-section of the channel behind the fan<br \/>\nThis combination of various types of air stream control elements makes the fan&#8217;s efficiency increase to about 50% compared to standard fans with radial impellers.<\/p>\n<p>JETTEC fans use a dynamically balanced diagonal plastic impeller (from diameter 400 from aluminum) with an outer ring to eliminate pressure losses caused by turbulent flow at the ends of the blades. Profiled blades for the least turbulent flow are placed on the conical hub of the confusor, thanks to which the sucked air is directed to the most effective part of the blade.<\/p>\n<p>The drive in JETTEC fans is realized by asynchronous single-phase electric motor 230V, 50Hz or <strong>three-phase<\/strong> 3x230V, and 3x400V, 50Hz.<\/p>\n<p>Degree of protection for the fan: <strong>IPX4<\/strong><br \/>\nInsulation class: <strong>F<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Efficiency up to 50% higher than standard duct fans A diagonal duct fan with a unique design that makes JETTEC quieter, more efficient and more economical than standard duct fans.
