The basic function of the KTM-ME-VAV damper is to prevent the spread of fire, temperature and smoke in ventilation ducts in the event of a fire. In addition, thanks to the use of a suitable measurement and control system, it has full functionality of the VAV controller, so that during the normal operation of the object it performs the task of regulating the air flow.<\/p>\n

KTM-ME-AV flap was created by joining together two modules: the KTM-ME fire protection shut-off valve and the VAV measuring cap.<\/p>\n

The damper housing is made of galvanized steel. The cut-off division made of a PROMATECT-H ceramic plate is rotated by an electric actuator from BELIMO.<\/p>\n

– with the VAV arc type measuring socket (L) – only available in the socket version<\/p>\n
