It is intended for installation in general ventilation installations, in the place where these installations pass through building partitions, ceilings and walls. During fire, these fire dampers make it possible to preserve the fire resistance of the building envelope through which ventilation and air conditioning ducts are routed.<\/p>\n<p>The flap housing is made of galvanized sheet steel, 1-1.5 mm thick. The cut-off barrier is made of a silicate-calcium plate (or gypsum &#8211; flaps with a surface area of up to 0.3 m2) with a thickness of 40 mm, which is embedded in a tin reinforcement profile with a thickness of 1.2 mm.<\/p>\n<p>During normal operation of the installation, the damper partition is in the open position.
